and New Year's day a minimum 9 night stay. No departure or

Important Booking Conditions
- Normally clients must depart by 10.30 a.m and
entry is after 3 pm, however, this may be flexible at the time
and only if agreed
- No pets
- Maximum of 4 persons (no children under 8)
- A deposit of £50 per week (or minimum
£50 for stays of less than a week) is required within 7
working days of receiving our booking confirmation. The balance
is due 6 weeks prior to your entry date
- The house is cleaned ready for your arrival
and on departure and there's a weekly cleaning service
- All linen and towels are supplied
- Electricity is included in the weekly tariff
unless otherwise arranged
- Payment must be in £'s sterling and can
be made by cheque, postal order, direct bank transfer or credit/debit
card
