If not marked with B then that night is available, the morning is always available if its your planned departure day 3 night weekend stays will be at our discretion and subject to a 15% supplement ie any 3 nights stay which include a Friday, Saturday or a Sunday night Christmas and New Year 2011/12: Minimum 6 nights stay or 10 nights if taking in both periods (no departures 25th, 26th Dec or Jan 1st and 2nd) This property is unavailable for any dates at the moment, however, we may consider some dates up to March in our Murray Terrace apartment We apologize and regret the inconvenience especially for our regular clients

• Normally clients must depart by 10.30 a.m and entry is after 3 pm, however, this may be flexible at the time and only if agreed
• No pets
• Maximum of 4 persons (no children under 8)
• A deposit of £75 per week or any part week is required within 7 working days of receiving our booking confirmation. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your entry date
• The house is cleaned ready for your arrival and on departure and there's a weekly cleaning service
• All linen and towels are supplied
• Electricity is included in the weekly tariff unless otherwise arranged
• Payment must be in £'s sterling and can be made by cheque, postal order, direct bank transfer or credit/debit card
